Kenwood Cover - Theft Replacement Scheme (originally called KTRS) was developed by Venta in 2003 as a web based service that allows Kenwood customers to register their car audio & multi-media systems online via the dedicated web site www.kenwoodcover.co.uk and also make a claim if their in-car system is stolen.

Venta handle all aspects of the scheme from customer enquiries, online registration & claims, database management and outputting of crucial customer profile information.

Venta converted their existing customer database and accounts set up into a more efficient system using ACT and Sage Line 50.

This involved interrogating all the customer data held within the company, speaking to all the staff and then designing a new ACT database that gave them access to all the required information for sales campaigns and customer contact.

Once the ACT system was built we converted all the accounts records into SAGE and created a real time link to and fro ACT.
